Those few months of outdoor CrossFit in San Francisco in 2020 were an incredible gift. We not only stayed fit and connected with one another, in a time of general regression and isolation. October finally delivered a beautiful, sunny morning, and it was the perfect climate to host our Halloween partner workout at CrossFit Mission Bay! Highlights from our Halloween partner competition, held fully outdoors at CrossFit Mission Bay in San Francisco. Workout movements included thrusters, box jumps, buddy carries, toes to bar / knee raises, partner plank burpees. Costumes included plenty of 80's throwback outfits, the Dead Lyfts, a six-pack of Coors Light, peanut butter and jelly, and a very impressive Joker.

If I work out in the morning, I know that my score might motivate someone in a later class.
